All our dietitians are screened via rigorous interviews and clinical assessments. Their credentials are carefully scrutinized and references are checked before being added to our team as service providers.
Our dietitians offer individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to help promote a healthy lifestyle that reduces the risk and/or complications from nutrition-related diseases.
NO! Consultation with our dietitians supports any treatment or medical care provided by your physician or health care provider and should not replace regular medical appointments with them.
Our Registered Dietitians will not prescribe medicines under any circumstances. Medical Nutrition Therapy is the intervention and service rendered to patients and/or clients through consultations on Diet Tech Africa.
All our dietitians are available for effective remote consultations no matter where you are. On the occasion that you request for a home visit, we will make reasonable attempts to get to you in the shortest possible time. Terms and conditions will be agreed upon.
After filling a form, we make attempts to get in touch with you within 12 to 24 hours unless there are factors that affect this time that is beyond our control.
If you will like to change your dietitian or choose who you want to work with you, your reason will be considered as well as your request.
At the moment, consultations are free. However, getting personalized nutrition intervention is paid for and pricing can be assessed on the website.
NO. Prices are fixed, but through the benevolence of individuals, subscription to newsletters, and a number of consultations, discounts MAY be available.
