Registered Dietitians (RD) are the only regulated healthcare professionals licensed to assess, diagnose, and treat nutrition-related health problems using Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). They play a critical role in managing and preventing diseases especially nutrition-related Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) including obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer for improved health outcomes.

Deborah is zealous about promoting nutrition and health in Africa as well as preventing non-communicable diseases and has been a speaker in local and international events leading health talks on healthy eating and medical nutrition therapy.
